need to change pokemon ability in XY

Is there anyone wjo can modify the ab of a golem i'ts shiny but i just dont like rock head , only sturdy,  please can someone help?

If it's between regular abilities, then there's an item in the the Battle Maison that allows you to switch abilities without hacking your game or having someone hack your pokemon. Unfortunately, it costs 200BP, but it is doable. :Bb
