He was wondering, if you decide to re-start your game for whatever reason, would you still be able to get the Liberty Pass in the new game since the wonder card for the Liberty Pass should still be there ... Or is that it? You can only get the pass once and if you

I restarted my game once and I was still able to get the Liberty Pass. You just need to get it before the event ends :3

Okay, but say he has the Wonder Card that allows you to pick up the Liberty Pass (I think he actually has Victini in his current game) ... But in a month or two's time, decides he wants to start over.
Could he still get the Liberty Pass in that new-save because he has picked up the Wonder-Card, or is it only while the event's on that the Wonder Card is valid??

Someone would have to correct me if I'm wrong but I think the Wonder-card is deleted.

Like for me, I restarted the game and I got a new Wonder-card for the Liberty Pass, I didn't use the old one.

I got Victini on my black cart and I gave the game to my sister. She restarted and got a new Wonder Card for the Liberty Pass.
