Where in heck is that Darn Master Ball in Black & White?

You get it from Professor Juniper after you beat the 8th gym. Alternatively, if you trade Pokemon with others 50 times you can get one from the guy in the Castelia City Pokemon Center.

Juniper gives it to you before you go to Victory Road.

You're given it by Juniper when you earn eight badges iirc.

You can get a second one after 50 pokemon trades.

Does that include Pokemon Transfering from HG/SS and D/P?

It does. I know because after I had done 2 real trades the guy said I had done 33 trades and now after a mixture of both I have the Master Ball.
