Hey there everyone. I've been around for a while, but I've never posted before, so I apologize if I do something wrong.
Would anyone happen to have a spare TM 26 (Earthquake) they'd be willing to part with? I don't have very much in my new Platinum, but I can get at least the first evolution of a good number of things in HeartGold. Just ask and I'll

If you'd like a Mixed Metagross, may I suggest:
Meteor Mash
Psychic
Earthquake
Grass Knot / Bullet Punch
This KILLS competitively, so I bet in-game it would be explosive.
Gallade is MEANT to be Physical over Special, and Gardevoir is the opposite. If you want to use Gallade over Metagross, go ahed. Although if you teach your Gallade any Special move, I may cry.
And here's a very standard Gallade set:
Swords Dance
Psycho Cut
Close Combat
Ice Punch / Stone Edge
Cheers!

For Gallade, I like that moveset, but what do you think about Psycho Cut, Ice Punch, Night Slash, and Leaf Blade? My idea is to combat the weaknesses Gallade and the rest of my team have. Psycho Cut as the obligatory Psychic move, Ice Punch and Night Slash to combat his Flying and Ghost weaknesses, and Leaf Blade because my team sorely needs a Grass move to counteract all these Water/Ground types everyone in this game seems to love using (as well as the fact that I really just need a Grass attack).
tl;dr
Gallade - Psycho Cut, Ice Punch, Night Slash, Leaf Blade. Acceptable?

Well, to be honest, CC does about as much damage as Leaf Blade, but if you need a grass attack that much, then it's a solid one to have. You can go Psycho Cut, Ice Punch, Leaf Blade, Brick Break/Drain Punch, because Fighting is excellent offensively, and Gallade gets great STAB, so keep a fighting move on it. Tis a shame about CC's defense drop, but keep a fight move for sure. Brick Break = solid move, all-around damage, Drain Punch = recovery. It depends which you prefer.
