An Electric or Ground type would fit well into the team, I think.

With three types having a weakness against Electric moves, I think a Ground type would be suitable. Dugtrio, Marowak (THICK CLUB)...

I'd say electabuzz... but that's in fire red anyway. And I love electabuzz :P So, I am biased. I'm also a fan of the gastly line, but as long as one of 'em knows hypnosis, it's all good :P

I was gonna say Arcainine, but it's leafgreen. Unless you wanna try Ninetails.
But the Marowak, Paranoidiot suggested, is great too.
