Help?

[look_for_katama]

So I caught Raikou (yay!) and I used the TM Thunder on him. I've been using it for a little while, and while it is incredibly strong... Well, its accuracy is terrible. The move once took away four PP in a row by missing.

So my question is - Is there a way to increase the accuracy of this move?

Using Rain Dance before Thunder increases its accuracy to 100%, or anytime the weather is rainy, really. That's the only way to make Thunder more accurate.

Rain is helpful. Also, if you have him hold the Wide Lens item, it'll boost the accuracy of all his moves by 10%. 77% still isn't great, but it's better than 70% and doesn't require you to use a moveslot just for rain dance.
