Hey comm, quick question for y'all. I'm training a Politoed, and I've finished it's EVs. However, when I traded it to evolve (from what I can tell) it's supposed to learn Perish Song when it does. But mine didn't. Does it have to be at a certain level or something?

You'll need to move relearn it.

Politoed doesn't learn Perish Song through leveling up. To get its move, you need to find a move relearner to teach it to your Politoed.
