Yeah a lot of countries have been blocked. YouTube is trying to remove all DB/Z/GT from the site because of copyrights, apparently. It actually took me a while to find this on youtube because they've deleted most people's copies of the episodes. >.>

I agree though, this episode is pretty terrible, haha. Everyone in the otherworld looks funky, and to me every episode that takes place there just takes away from the more interesting events on earth. >.>
