Legendaries in anime?

Okay guys, I've got a quick question. I found this on Bulbapedia "In the games, there appears to only be one of every legendary Pokémon, but in the anime, there is more than one of most legendaries.", and it got me curious. I don't remember much of the Pokémon anime and I stopped watching it years ago, so can someone tell me exactly where we can ( Read more... )

I think that was in one of the tv episodes. I've seen all the movies but not all the episodes...

yes it was a double episode with them both
there is also the orange island trio of birds and the movie trio which are separate islands and one comes with ANOTHER lugia

The parent Lugia from the episode wasn't the same Lugia from the movie. So there are at least three Lugias.

At the end of the 11th Movie, Shaymin flew off with a bunch of other Shaymin while in sky forme.

Well, there was an episode where Darkrai was a bad guy... this happened after the Darkrai movie, and there was absolutely no indication it was the same one. He didn't use telepathy or anything, and Satoshi-tachi didn't say anything about it.
