I'll be honest with you.

I was NOT impressed by Shaymin. I have already called it a crap pokemon with pretty bland base moves. Right now, I'm waiting to see if any of my friends are up for a trade for another event pokemon :/

EDIT: I'm not sure if I'm up for a trade right now, but seriously... it's not worth the trouble in my opinion.

This is just personally, but a lot of people like to just collect them all and at least have all the event pokees or legendaries regardless of whether or not they'll use them ^__^;

And to the OP, you might try posting this on pokewifi since you'll get more answers there!

I know I'd probably get more answers there, but I'm not a big fan of the pokewifi community. Too many rules! And I'm not really active on LJ so I probably couldn't even join the community even if I wanted to.

I also got Shaymin on the R4 so I have an unlimited supply, if nothing ever turns up. I was going to post after the thing was over for anyone that couldn't make it. :)

if your going to use pokesav why not go to there database site and transfer the wondercard and pokemon onto the ds. they should have the TRU info on that site. if not i will lend you mine

I've never downloaded info from there - do the downloads have the IVs/EVs and everything?

what they do it take the Pokemon from the event and drop it in the database. Default EV's and IV's and it has all the moves and the item. you shouldn't have any problems with it.
