never noticed there were chapter titles until this one. which is a roundabout way of saying i love the chapter title :D first, i wanted to let you know that the tone of this story immediately pulls you into this world. i usually go back and read the previous chapter of a fic to get back in 'the mood' of it, but i don't have to do that with this one. second, okay, i'm totally hypocriting myself 'cause i'm gonna go with cuddy's plan to split up being a good idea, despite advocating against that for scully/mulder in an earlier comment. also, the whole time i was like i hope the aliens don't have the room bugged. i hope they don't.
