Sorry I haven't updated here in a while, but facebook and twitter get all my attention, these days. It's just easier to microblog and then promise myself I will make a post with some substance later based on my previous mircoblogs, but I am lazy and unwilling to repeat myself

I can't say I know exactly how you feel but when I lived in Florida, someone in one of my classes was murdered. The day after the murder the police came to the class to tell us before it was on the news. I was so freaked out because I'd never known anyone who was murdered. I still check online to see if they have any new leads but its still unsolved 10 years later :( I'm sorry

After Brian's great grandmother was murdered (by her husband who then killed himself), we ended up having to go out to their place to haul furniture out and start cleaning up. It was very surreal and senseless. I'm so sorry this happened and I'm so sorry you had to be a part of it.
