[Oddly enough, there happens to be a rather unusual pokemon wandering around. Well, perhaps not unusual to those who live in Isshu, but there's something quite off about this one. She's not wandering out into the crowds of the CMA, in fact, she happens to be a good distance away, a confused look on her face.
