[Oh my god its a Rattata. Contrary to popular opinions, Kotone actually thinks Rattata are cute. The first Pokemon she ever caught on her own was a Rattata, so she's a bit attached to them.

And of course, this one is wearing a hate way to big for it, so only its tail pokes out.]
