[Moments later, there's a girl passing by with her Wartortle at her side. She was startled at the sight of Stardust Dragon appearance... but she shook her head, maybe it was just another weird Pokemon she doesn't know of... She wouldn't mind asking who these guys are. Hm?]

Detective with a sweet hat and a Skitty over here, staring at the newcomer. He's new, too, but this is easily the most bizarre thing he's seen so far. The Skitty tilts his head, also staring.

[Linefaising when he sees you. Stoic fellow, he is. At least he's got a basic rundown of the island thanks to Leaf, but he can't help but wonder at the little kitten...Pokemon. (Dang, he needs to get used to that.)

Stardust, at the least, is more talkative, and he flies over.]

So that's another one of those Pokemon animals we keep hearing about, then?

Raidou blinks at the dragon-thing, but doesn't react much beyond that. He does, however, nod in response to the question. Guy doesn't talk much.

"Yes, I am." The Skitty answers for itself, looking waaaay up at Stardust. Most humans can't hear him, but he assumes a dragon should be able to.

[Well, he's not a Pokemon, so it's rather unclear if he understands or not-but he isn't human either. Anyways, Stardust just tilts his head and nods to himself.]
