[Charon's too engrossed in his writing to pay attention to anything. Rotom seems exceptionally alert to sounds right now, though the only things that have been attracting its attention are the rustling of treetops and bushes on the other side of the CMA.]

*Mars keeps quiet, hiding the golden Egg beside the bushes*

Hmm, I best keep the egg hidden, I would rather not have it get damaged while we do this...

*She grabs another Poké Ball of hers and releases its contents, a Golbat*

Golbat, keep close to the egg... And don't eat it... Make sure nobody tries to swipe, or eat it... Purugly and I will be going... Soon...

[Charon's still jotting stuff down; you'd think he was writing an entire novel with how long it's taking. Rotom keeps looking at one particular treetop that's rustling a lot, seeming like it's itching to just take off and investigate...]

*hears the noise and runs over, wondering what's going on. It sounded like Rotom, and he was spinning in the air as a result of Golbat's Confuse Ray*
