[Hope you had no plans of a peaceful day on the beach today. Near one of the houses on the beach, the sea is being assaulted by massive amounts of fire. More than what she usually throws. And Elisa? She's in an expression that might be a combonation of sheer paranoia, and absolute rage.

...Because showing the sea who's boss only requires a little

[He lives on the beach and it's never ever peaceful here. The racket and humidity is driving him a tad over the edge... so he's going to start with a rain dance attack with a Pokemon(Carracosta) of his own. ]

[Elisa doesn't notice the rain beginning to pour down until she's about ready to bark another order of Blast Burning--

But then Elisa feels something falling on her, looking up to see rain falling. Water. ...Elisa's already getting bad memories from the water, instantly returning her Pokemon before pretty much bolting back to her own little house. Or, the little roof above it.

She's simply looking up to the sky under that little mini roof; she hasn't noticed you yet.]

Ya really have a morbid damn sense of humor! Take yer damn rain somewhere else!

[...What? Who is this person? What's their problem? Maybe he'll just continue to watch her for a little longer from his own stoop. Neighborly disputes; pokemon style.]

[Well, Elisa doesn't seem to have any plans of coming out of that mini roof til she knows the rain's stopped. Her anger's been replaced by a bit of a shaken expression, just waiting for all of it to stop.

She's looking around though, spotting Touya and the Carracosta. She's probably not thinking, because she just scans over them. When in doubt, it's always the island fault.]

[...Oh. Oh wow. That...that certainly looks the most dramatic and enjoyable form of stress relief-but it's also more than slightly worrying. Firstly, whoever this girl is, she's attempting to destroy the sea-this isn't really worrying in itself, considering that the sea is a bloody difficult thing to destroy (trust her, she's in Team Magma-she knows all about destroying the ocean, or at least trying to push it back or cover it). Secondly, from her face it doesn't look like she's achieving anything from this, other than possibly frustrating herself further and exhausting her pokemon.

Kelly hangs back and watches for a short while. As the steam curls up from the thrashing, boiling waters, she feels glad that she's still not taken to wearing her uniform again, if she has to be hanging around in such heat. It amuses her how many of her colleagues might approve of this form of outburst...
