I could say the same, Cilan. [Bouncy Hoppip is bouncy and is curious in this green person. Maybe she thinks you're grass. That cowlick you have sure doesn't help.]

It all depends on how exactly you plan to train it. I've never trained a Hoppip myself...what role does the little one have on your team?

She doesn't seem very offensive, but rather bulky. She may come in handy for taking one of that bastard's Pokemon's attacks or so. [It is rare that Shiki will ever use Ghetsis's real name.]

Also, bouncy Hoppip will float in midair and look down at the other green Pokemon. It's not as green as she is, but it reminds her of dew on grass.]
