[Red's dream is calm, with a fond feeling of nostalgia - perhaps for something that hasn't even happened yet, just an old wish - lingering around the edges. He's looking for someone, someone he loves very much, he just can't quite remember their face yet. He's moving slowly though, very reassured, because he knows they're out there. He just has to keep looking for a little while longer.

[Red will blink up at Archie a moment, looking confused at the question.]

'Cause you're fourteen. [C'mon, Red, don't you remember the conversation we had about this?] So who was it? Who did you end up gettin' married to?

I am? [In dream world, he doesn't even register age at all, really.] ...I can't remember, Archie. Someone reliable.

...Well that narrows it down. [Red, you're the one who said that all Gym Leaders are reliable! Sigh.] Shouldn't you remember somethin' like this?

[leaguechallenge]

...Remember? [He is waaaaaaaaay too zoned at for that right now, Archie. Besides, he's married now - he doesn't have to worry about anything anymore, really.] It's okay. It'll be fine.

[aquaboss]

You can't say that for sure. [Red being zoned is one thing, but don't you remember what we talked about? You can't trust everyone, even if they are a Gym Leader!]

I can. [None of that matters, here. He's married, he's fine, everything will be okay.]
