It's about a big dragon who leaves the desert after he grows his wings, but he gets really confused when he sees rain for the first time and hides! So a big brother and a little brother try to show him why it's a good thing and not scary. I think they all become friends later.

[Plassica is unaffected by the event, although she's wondering what you are reading and even what region you're from- being from Kanto can be tough business for someone who hasn't seen many Pokémon in her life.

Of course she's also surprised by the Dragons. She's only seen Dratinis, Dragonairs, Dragonites, and Kingdras up until now.]

Silver on the other hand is looking at a pocket sized book that's a guide on a Feraligatr's future growth.]

[It seems like Haxorus wasn't asleep as it immediately seemed, and will be shifting enough to open one eye and watch Feraligatr. It's wary, but not moving yet. The other three, however, will be distracted by the book until/if she uses that Aqua Tail.

Does Silver notice Iris and company? Because if he walks over, she'll say hello.]
