[When isn't it a great day to be at the beach? Though Archie's never really at the beach, per se. Nope, he's in the ocean as usual, though today isn't focused on training his Pokemon.]

[Of course, he still has his Pokemon out - and it's Tentacruel who notices Jupiter first. Or rather, he notices the odd Pokemon which causes him to stare, resulting in Sharpedo running into him and knocking Archie clean off the top of Tentacruel's head. This is only about the third time it's happened; someday Archie will learn.]

Hey, what was that for? [Tentacruel merely points a tentacle in the direction of Jupiter and her Pokemon.] ...What the hell is that thing? [A shrug from the Pokemon.] Let's go check it out, then. Could be interesting.

[Sharpedo takes off like a, well, like a torpedo. Thankfully he stops in the shallows before he can splash water everywhere. Hopefully you don't mind a shark eying you, madam.]

[Jupiter doesn't seem to notice anything until one of Tangrowth's arms lightly pokes at her shoulder.]

[And when she sees what Tangrowth wanted her to see, she quickly jumps to her feet, her expression annoyed as she addresses the shark.]

[Apparently Sharpedo is quite used to being asked that question, because he shrieks in laughter and circles back to swim beside Tentacruel and his trainer. The trio arrive on the beach soon enough and Archie returns Sharpedo. Tentacruel remains out since he isn't crazy enough to actually attack someone without any notice.]

Sorry 'bout Sharpedo, he's a little... [Archie waves a hand, trying to come up with a word. He gives up quickly.] ...What kind of Pokemon is that? [No beating around the bush with this guy.]

[She takes a few steps towards Archie, removing her sunglasses to get a better look.]

It's a Tangrowth. Evolves from Tangela.

[She says it like it's the most obvious thing in the world and you should totally know it.]

It's nice alright - much better than Kanto or Johto.

[Archie laughs at that assumption, but it takes him a moment to actually decide to disclose his affiliation. There's really no sense in hiding it anyway.]
