[He did not maintain it and it grew into a horrible cluster of Combee. This is all totally his fault. He's too busy palming his face and tuning out the sounds of BZZZZZ to notice you at the moment.]

[Not so much karma, but more so still not knowing how to maintain things by himself yet. This Silver is quite the moron, and being over taken by Combee is showing that off quite well. He just so happened to remove his hand from his face to see you snickering.

Other Silver, if he gets especially spiteful he might conduct some Combee over towards your direction. "Some" could go from 5 to 35.]
