I'll do banners for the Halloween Challenge. Is there a place that'll tell me what the banner size should be and what should be on it word wise?

We don't really have a specific banner rule so you could do whatever style you'd like. You could take a look at the banners tag from what other members have done. Go for whatever style you're most comfortable with. :)

Word wise, the general thing to say is 'LJ-name won 1st place for Challenge 051: Halloween' and then put pokechallenge somewhere else on the banner.
