Debut and Icon Commissions!

I'm a new face here who ultimately came drifting in from pkmncollectors. Some of you definitely have encountered me in some way or another via the community given above, but I'm certain that I've yet to meet a good number of you! It's a pleasure! ♥
After I recently promised _nofuturenohope a few icons (the Vaporeon is for her, in fact) in return for her generous free giveaway of some choice Pokemon TCG cards, I went on a bit of a splurge and whipped up a few random extras. It looks like I won't be getting off this soapbox anytime soon, so I'm opening myself up for Pokemon icon commissions. ♥

Notice: The "Wait List" is prioritized by who has asked first and who has sent payment first.

Icon Overview
Price: $4 each.
Payment Method: PayPal only, all forms of PP payment accepted. No additional PayPal fee is added (already included within the total payment of $4).
Restrictions: Only one character per icon! Currently icon subjects are Pokemon-only, but choices will expand to Pokemon human characters in the near future!
Time Length: Icons typically finish in a week (often less), but will take no more than two weeks.
Notices: Spots are only secured once payment is received. In the case that full payment is sent after all 5 slots are filled, you will be added to the wait-list and will have first priority to an open slot once slots re-open.
All completed commissions (un-watermarked versions) are e-mailed to their respective commissioner. As the artist, I reserve the right to display the watermarked versions as examples of my work, but all other rights belong to the commissioner.
Frequently Asked Questions:
If I am unable to make payment now, can I still ask for a slot?
Definitely! In the case that you are unable to send payment in full (due to overall PayPal fees, I do not accept partial payments), you are more than welcome to ask to be be wait-listed! However, please note that you will only be secured an official slot and progress will only begin on your icon after payment is received.
After reconsideration, I've decided that I actually want to withdraw my commission and/or I do not like the icon you created for me. Do you do refunds?
I issue full refunds if-and-only-if I have not started on your icon. In the case that I have started progress on your icon, I will issue a partial refund. In the case that I have completed your icon, I cannot refund payment.
Besides the commissioned icons, I also whip up extra batches of random characters alongside. They'll also be made available for purchase with every finished batch. You are also welcome to claim/purchase any of the icons above. Again, simply reply with a comment indicating which one you'd like to purchase, I'll confirm whether or not the icon in question is still available, and I'll e-mail the un-watermarked version to you after receiving payment.
