FIRST of all. I got dominated.

• Serra has a 7 lane track, so I didn't get to run with the big boys
• I suck; and I was really tired because I couldn't sleep the night before...

ANYWAYS.

• Ken PR'ed TWICE, taking second in the mile and first in the 800.
  
• Nicole's knee got screwed up, so she didn't run
• Rachel only ran the 400, but ran a beastly 60.71s

Wow, I haven't been this nervous in a while.....
