There are actually about four versions orz. Blood+ Adagio, wherein Saya dresses kind of sluttishly and which takes place in Russia with that Rasputin Chevalier; Blood+ City of Night Walkers, wherein Hagi is kind of gay; the above manga, which is kind of an AU; and I think there's another one that follows the anime much more closely.
