I graduate in 8 weeks and I still don't understand how the heart works. There are ventricles and valves and atria and something about pumping . . .oh well. I have 1 more rotation left until graduation at a local community hospital. I'll be with one of my favorite professors. Hope I don't say something dumb and make his opinion of me drop like ( Read more... )

That's OK, you didn't need to see the science experiments in the fridge anyway! lol.

You know more than I do. I know that there are lots of problems with hearts, and they get clogged and need stints and bypasses. And lots and lots of medications.

I'd just leave it with the old saying "The heart works in mysterious ways." While I think the meaning is more talking about love, it works.

You'll probably always know more them I do medically, which is good, if I read medical text books I find new things wrong with me. Like "oh, that's not normal? Well it's working for me!" :P But I can probably kick your butt in kitchen stuff, so it's all even. I'll clog their arteries and you can fix 'em.

Once you graduate you'll have to come back to DE to visit. I think the last time I saw you(like really got to see you and talk to you) was before I left for school. I'm not counting Otakon can you see everyone at Otakon but it's like for a few seconds or across a crowded hallway...or in the worlds most boring panel. You come back to be, I'll make you chicken parm and pecan pies~
