[Character Name] Dokuga
[Meaning] Poison mouth (moth)
![](http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y6/Vilani/suit.png)
[Canon] Dorohedoro
[Point Taken from Canon] Volume 14, chapter 86).
[Age] Possibly 26-28 (Ai was killed in the Hole 13 years ago, and that's when he met him. At the time he was probably around 13-15, not more.)
[Gender] Male
[Species] Magic User (can’t produce any magic, however)
[Appearance]
Dokuga is a pale man with black hair; while he isn’t buffed, he has toned muscles and a strong body. He isn’t very tall either and his small stature and lack of big muscles make him look extremely normal compared to most male characters in the manga. What’s really different about Dokuga are his eyes; he has red (or perhaps black, we aren’t really sure) crosses tattooed on each and actually, they pretty much look like moth eyes. They are
yellow, blank, and in a way, a bit scary.
Dokuga has a tan suit with a lot of bags (filled with smoke/magic or perhaps not filled with anything at all); that
same suit has the head and the wings of a month and a motor on its back that allows him to fly and carry one other person. With him, he always has
four knives.
Head canon: His spit is purple.
[Powers & Abilities]
He isn’t buffed, but Dokuga is extremely strong; he rarely shows it, but he can even hold a 400 Kg fatso on his back when she suddenly fell down on him. And he can raise his fat friend with just a hand if angry, and he was one of the few who managed to have a real fight with Shin, even without using magic and when he was really close to him. So yes, strength and pretty nifty fighting moves, mixing with speed and agility make Dokuga one hell of an opponent.
Like any cross-eye, he is extremely good with knives; he was actually the Boss’s Lieutenant and also called the Vice-Boss, being one of the strongest cross eyes alive. If he doesn’t have his knives in his hand, he pretty much can use - let’s say - a hair brush to defend him just like it was a dagger (obviously using a hair brush to attack will not have the same effect). If not, then he’ll use his fist and feet.
He knows where to hit magic users in order to rend them useless at producing smoke; basically their weak points. But above all, he knows where to hit to destroy the Devil tumour, special for Magic Users (and if destroyed, they can never be resurrected).
For some reason he has a strange relation to moths, and his spit is poison - may be deadly or not. We still don't know how to weight this, but he seems to know how to use it and what will come out of it.
Finally, he has a
neat moth suit that lets him fly because it has a motor on its back. To make it even better, he can bring a second person along because it has a second seat.
Headcnon: due to living all of his life with poison, Dokuga is resistant to them. This resistance can be strong enough that he can withstand poison that can kill an ox.
[Background and key words]
Before starting, I’ll explain a bit about Dorohedoro’s world since it’s pretty chaotic. We don’t know what world this is, we don’t know if it’s a post apocalyptic Earth, or a galaxy far far away, but Dorohedoro has several references to our own Earth. Asians, Chinese, Japanese food, Japanese currency, celebrating New Year and cities that remind us of our own. “The Hole” (the name of Kaiman-the main character's world) seems to be an Earth that has gone terribly wrong.
The Hole is where those who are without magic reside, and are often used as the plaything of visiting magic users. Almost considered a dump, many areas of The Hole are condemned if not on the verge of being so, and it is often called by magic users a “hellhole”.
There is a second world, however, called “Magic Land”, where Magic users reside (Dokuga’s world). Magic Users are those who can produce black smoke, which in turn can perform magical feats far greater than those achieved by normal human beings. These people all wear masks, made for them by the devils (magic users can undergo training and become devils themselves, actually. No1 wanted to, at first, become a devil) and actually, Magic Land is VERY close to Hell itself. They live in one world, but frequent The Hole to test their powers and in some cases, simply have fun. Transport between worlds is done by summoning doors that take the user from place to place. The doors are controlled by En- who seems to be the president. I think we can assume The Hole and Magic Land are like two different dimensions, and only Magic Users can move between the two with no problem.
Magic users have a tumor inside their heads, that's shaped like the devil and gives them their magic. If the devil dies - the magic user dies. But if the devil is capable of resurrecting, they live again, hence why many chapters of the manga are based on resurrecting the dead. But not all magic users have magic abilities. Some are not able to produce the smoke and those who don’t usually join the Cross-eye team, who hate magic users and specially En (seeing that their boss killed almost all of En's family, making En's Family and Cross Eyes gang enemies for many years).
There is also the "Black powder" or "Smoke", created by the Cross-Eyes's boss; these come from the magic users themselves (their smoke), who sell it so other magic users (or those who don't have any powers) can enhance their powers or create new ones.
Magic users have masks made by the devil; the devil (actually plural, there are many devils) creates those masks according to the strength of the user. When a magic user wishes to renew their mask, they go meet Beelzebub, THE devil and master of all arts; there are two doors to reach him: the right, for good fighters (The elite) who get a good mask, and the left, for mediocre fighters (and who are actually very badly treated). The ones who go through the left door must make a handmade present that should be dry, and the ones who leave the right door usually get a flower as the sign of a perfectly made mask.
Devils are worshipped and loved (… not really loved, but you get the point) by Magic Users. One cannot speak of heresy or will go to Hell, and inverted crosses, 666, and other Hell-ish references are often seen and mentioned.
It’s necessary to talk a bit about the Cross eyes and their boss: AI-AIKAWA-KAIMAN-KAI
Ai was a human living in the Hole; he appeared to Dr Kusukabe so he'd transform him into a magic user. Actually, even if the Dr. refused, he ended up doing it anyway after Ai basically threw himself into toxic waste; for their delight, the change from Human to Magic User actually went well and Ai, now having the powers of a magic user, decided to leave the Hole. However, he was found dead later on; Dr. Kusukabe saw his funeral and him being buried.
But this was a lie. Ai was alive, and actually, he found a way to go to the Magic World, meeting Dokuga and his friends on the way, and saving them. This was when Dokuga gave his loyalty to Ai from the on, calling him Boss.
THIS IS SPECULATION BASED ON THE LATEST RAW, but I'm guessing Ai's magic is to have two personalities that literally change head (he takes his heads off whenever a new personality surfaces, hence why sometimes he has crosses on his eyes and other times he doesn’t): the good one, Aikawa, and the bad one, Ai. That or maybe it's something more complicated, BUT YES, there are two sides.
Aikawa was friendly, nice, funny and he made a friend, Risu, at magic school. Ai, on the other hand, was walking around killing all of En's family and pretty much being a badass Boss of those who could not produce magic (the cross eyes).
One day, Ai finds out that his other side's best friend, Risu, is actually a cruse-type magic user. Desiring that type of magic, Ai kills him. While Aikawa does not know Ai's existence, we can say Ai knows of Aikawa’s and sees what Aikawa sees (he even said Aikawa didn’t exist in the first place).
We just know that Ai goes mad and finally En faces him (this happened 6 years ago).
The boss disappears here but we don't know what he does for the time being. Actually, it's seen in several flashbacks that he was talking to Dokuga, however, it's not really specific. Then, two years ago, he is thrown to the Hole, headless, and with Ebisu’s (one member of En’s family) magic he locked Risu’s curse into a lizard head: so Kaiman was born.
Kaiman has no knowledge of what happened and doesn't remember anything. ONLY when Risu comes back to life (because of En's pet, Kikurage’s magic), things started too developed for Kaiman. For this connection and a lot of speculation, maybe it was because Risu came back to life that all of this happened.
When in the magic world, Kaiman returns back to being Aikawa, and actually he pretends not to remember "Kaiman" (this shows to be a lie in several times. He remembers the names Natsuki, also about Tanba, his boss, and remembers Nikaido, heis best friend, and her gyozas).
Also, it seems that Ai operates on himself; he steals the tumours inside the magic user's heads and puts them on his brain, so that's how he actually steals magic powers.
When the cross eye Natsuki meets him, the boss calls himself Kai. It's not known why. Maybe he has even more personalities than it seems. Maybe the scanlators got it wrong.
OKAY FINE, I’M DONE WITH THAT BORING PART. Let’s go to Dokuga.
When he was kid, Dokuga just lived without aim, questioning himself because his couldn’t use magic. He and his friends had to steal food to survive and soon they were caught by magic users; as punishment for Dokuga's punkish behaviour (spitting on the magic user's face who caught the group), they were thrown into the Hole. It was raining at the time, and the rain in Hole causes pain to the magic users; it also caused them, and being optimistic, the lltiel Dokuga screamed that the pain they were feeling meant it was their magic user's body rejecting the hole's rain, and that they were really magic users.
However, someone appeared. It was Ai. Ai killed the magic users that were trying to drop the kids in the Hole and then passed through the door onto Magic world. The kids followed him after, as if they were fascinated and hypnotized and soon became Ai’s lieutenants. Ai taught them many things: how to use daggers and knives, what weak points magic users have, and how to make smoke (take the Magic User’s magic and put it in a flask); ultimately, he even tried to teach them how to make the cross eyes produce smoke by undergoing several operations (it never worked on anyone besides Ai himself, however).
But Ai disappeared, and left them. Because of the bosses disappearance they have become weaken and the cross eyes’s gang had become smaller each day.
From then on, Dokuga, Tetsujo, Ton, Ushishimada and Saji (the five lieutenants) started living on a small house at the City of Berith, living in poverty ands misery, having to cultivate their own vegetables so they’d have anything to eat.
They were so poor that they didn’t turn the lights on during the daylight, they reutilized everything they could (including tea bags and hot water), they have to exchange used paper for toilet paper (Dokuga’s main worry is toilet paper. All. The. Time.) and they took all sort of jobs: embroidery, wash dishes, stack envelopes, or Dokuga’s speciality: exterminating bugs with his saliva. They were 6 months behind on rent and had to suck up a lot to their landlady so she’d forgive them for the month.
One day Tstsujo finds Risu and bring him to their ”secret” base; they know his name, although they don't know him (except Dokuga does). Risu explains he was looking for the guy who killed him, but with his blank stare, Dokuga plays confused and forces Risu to explain that En’s pet, Kikurage, was the one bringing him back to life with her magic; he also adds he wants to meet the boss, but he’s immediately stopped with Tetsujo’s long katana touching his neck, while Dokuga explained he didn't know the circumstances of his death and the boss wasn’t around at that time.
Only when it was night and too hard for them to work, they decided to turn the lights on. Their main concern was that Risu was going to stay there for too long. Not because they were doing something shady like Risu thought, no, it was because they didn’t have enough food for them.
Later on, Dokuga admits to Tetsujo that he saw who killed Risu with his own eyes. However, before they had a chance to continue, they receive a letter plane from Lento, who was currently on Hydra Forest in the smoke factory, producing it to sell. Being their job, they quickly rushed back to the Hydra forest only to find Kento dead. Dokuga quickly understood what happened: En's cleaners found out about the hiding place and attacked it, killing everyone there. He also figured out they got hurt too since he saw a blood trail there and their car, left behind.
Meantime at the cross eyes house, the landlady came to collect the money. To distract her they let her speak with her love interest, Ushishimada; as much he hated to do so, he had to endure it so they wouldn’t be kicked out while they waited for Dokuga to arrive with, hopefully, some money from Kento's place. Risu took this chance to go wander around the house to look for something that would help him to figure out where the Cross Eyes boss was.
When Dokuga arrived with the bad news that all the good quality smoke, money and assets they had in the forest house were burned, they saw their lives by a thin thread. However, Dokuga was worried about Risu instead, knowing how dangerous he was.
Risu faces Dokuga, who blankly doesn't tell him much, while the rest of the gang tried to distract the Landlady; while the other Cross eyes discussed about the fact that... well, they basically lost to poverty, Risu and Dokuga fought.
But soon, the landlady cuts them a deal: Ushishimada would be with her and she'd handle them the house's documents. However, during the fight between the other two happening inside, one of Risu's knives flies out of the window and... hits the landlord on her head, killing her. This is when Dokuga panics and actually tried to help her, but in vain.
They had to dispose of the body, of course, because Landlady was actually connected to En. While they went back to her house, they left Risu tied up and hanging from the ceiling. The reason why Dokuga didn't kill him was because of his magic because he was one of those who had "Curse-type" magic; his was to curse the person who killed him, and no one wants to be cursed.
So now at Landlady's house, they decide to make her death look like an accident; natural, so they called it. Inside the house their main concern aside placing the body in a natural way was to also steal toilet paper (Dokuga's order, really).
Later on during the night, when working at an inn where Kaiman, Nikaido and Natsuki where at, and looking for free money on vending machines, they meet Kaiman. Kaiman introduces himself as Risu's friend and asks to meet him, but before they could go on, suddenly En's mushrooms grow (he was after Nikaido).
Dokuga's biggest worry was that they haven't been paid yet, however he ends up giving the order to leave - however, he does comment how much Kaiman/Aikawa felt familiar.
Finally they come out of their hideout when En leaves.
Because of the whole mess with En, Nikaido and Kaiman, Natsuki was left alone and the cross eyes end up finding her. When they arrived home, suddenly they see Risu in his curse form; because Kaiman had died (En killed him during the whole mess between him, Kaiman and Nikaido and so Kaiman turned into Aikawa) the curse returned to its original owner.
Even with Dokuga's orders about not attacking him, Tetsujo and Ton do so, and so they become injured. The curse eventually left, actually bursting through the wall.
This will be yet another example of how miserable they are.
Because they don't have money for medical aid, now they had two injured men inside the house. And a hole on the wall. To make it worse, it was really windy and it was blowing directly on the wounded. Dokuga arrives soon with the sad news he only managed to get C-ranked healing smoke, and was even spit on. But not all was lost: there was going to be a Devil's nigh in three days!
The Devil that used to live in the town would return to fulfil the dreams of those who lived there. But because the devil is capricious and hates sweet thoughts, they couldn’t wish for them to be saved; so they decided - let's all wish for money. However, Natsuki's wish was to see Dokuga laughing so... he just bursted out laughing almost killing everyone who came close.
Yes, that's how pathetic they are.
THE END.
I'm kidding.
Dokuga has now the trouble in his hands to find money for their medical aid. So for the rest of the month they had been working like crazy to earn at least some money for some healing smoke of low quality. The other guy's idea was to pawn materials in the house, like the Boss's knives, but Dokuga refused immediately. However, he did take matter into his won hands. Stealing some clothes from Natsuki, he dressed up as a girl and walked into the magic user's factory that controlled the restoration smoke production. Every night they invite women to party with them, and because he actually was pretty slender, he took that in his advantage, pretending to be a woman. Using his poisonous saliva, Dokuga poisoned the wine, so soon all of them at the party were dead.
They had now the chance to heal their friends.
But bad luck wasn’t going to last forever: En died. It seemed the Cross Eyes boss returned and killed En! So they steal a car and rush to a place Dokuga thinks he is at. It’s an old apartment he used to live (actually it's Aikawa's place), door 501. Before they could come in, however, suddenly Shin and Noi appeared, having a doll of En that was showing them where En's real head was.
The cleaners attack them and Dokuga takes the first hit when he was trying to protect Natsuki. Next it was Tetsujou. And then the rest were cut into pieces, though still left alive to be later on ortured. Only Natrsuki escaped, who rushed to find the Boss.
She founds him lying on a bed, hurt after having operated on himself and put inside his brain En's devil tumour. She uses the healing smoke Dokuga stole to heal him faster and he finally raises telling her his name is Kai. He goes back to the corridor where Noi and Shin where bagging the bodies of the other cross-eyes, when "Kai" uses En's magic and turns the two cleaners into mushrooms.
However, before he could finish, suddenly they vanish. He was about to say exactly that when Curse (Risu, yeah) appears, but they were saved just in time when Haru (Kasukabe's wife) starts to sing (she, Kasukabe and his pet Jason followed Noi and Shin).
So, finally with sometimes on their hands, Nastuki uses the healing smoke to heal her comrades, including Dakuga, who happily gave his boss his knives.
One month later, En's family was annihilated. The cross eyes took En's manor and while the whole magic world turned to the boss now, he was yet again no where to be found (turned into Aikawa again), leaving only a weird liquid behind that looked like blood but also mud. While cleaning that, Dokuga explains Tetsujo that the boss found Risu's magic and wanted it badly, therefore he killed him. He didn't want to tell anyone about this, actually, because then they'd know that the Boss would even kill his own comrades without hesitation if they had something he wanted.
Meantime they heard news about Kikurage, En's pet that brought people back to life. Because it'd be an amazing asset for the Cross-eyes, they sent Ton and Natsuki to pick her up. They do find her as well as Chota, one of the members from En's Family. However, they were attacked by Ebisu (and Fujita. But Fujita never does anything), also members of En's family who were trying to retrieve Kikurage. Ebisu hurt Natsuki, cutting off her arm, but this caused her smoke ducts to open: yes, Natsuki has magic! The defensive type, as a matter of fact, because none of Ebisu's attacks worked on her anymore.
The cross eyes actually plan on making her the boss's body guard, however Dokuga and Tetsujou, knowing how the boss is like, want to save her from him. So they plan on sending her to a mission, far away from the manor - this doesn't work, because soon Boss returns, and already knowing of Natsuki's magic (because Aikawa, who was around, saw her using it), killed her before she left.
Dokuga learns later on, because 2 days later she didn't pick her cellphone; even better, they end up finding her body, but a sudden explosion of smoke (it was produced by Nikaido) caused the boss to go into rampage mode, calling his Lieutenants and killing all magic users he found in order to discover who did that smoke explosion. This slowly caused Dokuga to lose his temper; of course no one can kill so many people a day and still act normal.
But the time came, when The Boss attacked Tanba restaurant; Kaiman used to work for him before he turned back into Aikawa. The Tanba family was fighting back when suddenly the Cross Eyes lieutenants arrived and saw their boss’s face cut off. Having the head cut off, Aikawa took Ai's place and asked Tanba's family to kill him.
[Personality]
Dokuga appears to be quite the blank type of guy, but we should know better. Under his moth blank eyes, he is actually pretty expressive at times... he is just... timid in a way. His face tends to be blank, especially when talking to others, but at times he may appear embarrassed, shocked, angry, depending on what is going on.
He always keeps his cool and his mind is always clear; when Risu was screaming like mad, he kept the same blank expression since he does not fear him and knows how to fight him. However, when the Curse appeared, this blank expression changed into terror because he knows perfectly well whom not to mess with.
The same happened when their landlady died, immediately going next to her, and even if it was pretty obvious she was dead, he tried to apologize.
Dokuga can also be bashful; when they were trying to get rid of the landlady's corpse, one of their attempts was to make it look like she died in the bathtub - his job was to strip her. And for him, that was the worse, because he was really embarrassed about what he was seeing - also scared, because the woman was huge and obese.
So, he does have natural responses to what happens suddenly, but if it's something he was expecting, his face will pretty much stare blankly into you.
His blank face gives him the ability to lie without making much deal of it; people can't tell if he is for real or not, and they can't see through one of his lies. Only Tetsujo seems to ask if he is hiding something, but that may even happen because he ISN'T sure of what Dokuga is thinking and he always worries so much about his friend.
He tends to be a bit pathetic; due to his blank state Dokuga doesn't seem to have enough tact about things like writing a suicide note or seeing their companion, Kento, burned alive and killed by En's cleaners. He is much more worried about his toilet paper and their poverty than to care about that, actually. He does have his reasons, though!
From his background we know: Dokuga is poor. He has pretty much lived most of his live in misery as a kid, and then, when the boss was gone, yet again, as adult. Example of his behaviour that is related to being poor is that when he hears the man who's collecting scrap papers, immediately it's like a flame inside him, as if that single task of exchanging the old used paper for toilet paper was the only thing that could allow them to survive the next days. He raised his voice and immediately made it top priority. And the fact that they managed to catch up with the guy, made him smile in relive - before returning to his usual blank expression.
Dokuga, probably used to the life he always led, is unable to throw things that are still of good use. Even when he was finally rich, sleeping at En’s manor and hating En’s clock more than anything (it was a pretty ugly clock too), he wouldn’t throw it away because it still worked properly.
Even more pathetic was when they took En's mansion, while they didn't care about the gold they saw, they did care about the food AND yet again the toilet paper they had there. Truefact, Dokuga has this strange obsession with toilet paper; it’s the one thing he REALLY must have around if he is living somewhere.
While this is characteristic to most lieutenants, Dokuga isn’t just some pathetic poor guy who se dream is to have all the toilet paper he can - it is only half of him. He is the “vice-boss”; he is the strongest, the coolest (not as in awesome, but calm) and he is actually the smartest too.
Looking at a crime scene, he was able to figure out what happened with few details, and being quite accurate even. He is smart, he takes in account details, he knows what to say and when to say it, Dokuga is really the boss of the group exactly because of these characteristics. They might be pitiful and poor and pathetically emo for lacking so much in life, but when it comes to serious business - even if he always has a blank expression - Dokuga immediately figures out what to do.
Dokuga had to learn his whole life how to deal with the fact that he is poisonous. For that reason he has to take a bath the last and has to eat separately from the others, to avoid that anyone would come in contact of his spit. He has his own toothbrush (while everyone uses the same - lol, yeah), his own bathroom, bowl, cup of water and everything else. While they are poor they have to share all that, but because Dokuga is different he has those for his own. Many might see that as lucky considering the conditions they lived in, but Dokuga seriously doesn't seem to think so. Truthfully, having to care about not poisoning his friends is a lot of work and so much hassle for everyone else. Even if he yells or laughs, it's also dangerous.
However, Dokuga has forgotten how to laugh long ago, he says. Since a child he has lived a miserable life, and only with the boss things changed. But then the boss went away. The spit thing doesn't help.
He is pretty emo overall, YUP, but he doesn’t go around crying. He is just… blank. And often acts pathetically about his misery, without even noticing - like being worried that he didn’t get paid, instead of being scared that En might kill them all.
Dokuga truthfully cares for his boss; he was the one who saved them and gave them a purpose when they didn’t know what to do. He is loyal to him and after Ai's (Boss’s name) disappearance, he really believed he'd return someday, so their lives would become better. That’s what kept him going. The boss trusted him his knives, so even those he is willing to protect with his life; he refused to pawn them even if that meant that Tetsujo and Ton could die, so his loyalty goes so deep that he does not mind taking risks for it.
Bad mouthing the boss is also a no go, but this goes for the entire group. They idolize him and don't allow anyone to even dare to speak ill of him. Because they are so scary, so powerful and so obsessive about the boss (more than they ever show), many cross eyes say that the Boss’ finest are a scary bunch, much more than Magic Users themselves; that was proven when Dokuga cut a magic user's head and brought it along as a gift for the boss.
It can't be love because he knows how creepy Ai can be; actually, this constant loyalty and obsession can be translated in need and purpose. He needs him to stay alive and give him a purpose to exist in that world when he isn’t capable of using magic; Dokuga says they are using him like he is using them, and that's why the boss matters so much. He wants to believe the man, but after seeing his acts, he can't. While he respects and is loyal to him, Ai's actions are too much for Dokuga to overlook, which culminated with his decision to arrest the Boss to protect his friends, himself and the world.
[Weakness]
If you read his personality, you’ll pretty much know Dokuga’s weakness. He is pathetic in many ways. He is poor, he lives in miserable conditions, and apparently his luck is really bad too.
Because of his life in poverty, he takes special importance to things like toilet paper, groceries, and food, and he is unable to throw things away if they can still be used, even if those things are ugly, he hates them and he wants them gone. Even when they were in En’s manor, had everything they wanted, he STILL kept this characteristic, refusing to throw that ugly clock away.
The most obvious thing, however, is the fact that he, even being a Magic User, cannot produce magic. This used to be a huge problem, but only until Ai came. Still, it makes him pretty weak when it comes to face strong magic users like Noi or Shin. Or En. Specially En.
Even if he isn’t a true Magic user, rain still burns his body like it happens to the real users. Can be a pain in the ass considering that when it rain, his strength drops considerably.
Finally, his loyalty to Ai may also be a weakness. He says he is using Ai because without him he has no aim, but really, he is extremely loyal to him and overlooks how crazy the man actually is. He really REALLY believes if they talk to him, he will listen. It’s a bit naïve considering how insane the boss can get.
IN SHORT, like I said, her has really bad luck, he is pretty much apathetic about everything which gives him a very anti-social touch, he is used to being poor and this influences him a lot in several things like let's say accepting a job (he will go for the first one that shows up, not caring if it pays a lot or not; and even if he hates it he won't leave it because it's A JOB and someone is giving him money), or even it comes to throw things away even if they are horrible or just... old and used (his place will most likely be filled with junk).
He really looks miserable overall, even if he doesn't complain.
As for his poison, it made him even more anti-social. He never had any true contact, so it'll be extremely awkward to relate to other people, even without it. He avoids contact even. So when something like suddenly someone being closer to him, or even just approaching a bit beyond on what he is used to, most likely will caught Dokuga on surprise and he will not know how to react.
[Weapon form]
Dokuga is a big hand knife, a copy if his
Boss’s hand knife; this is his form because he has a very strong connection to his boss’s weapon, seeing he would rather let his friends die slowly than pawn it (so they’d have money to cure them). The knife fits Dokuga because they are, after all, his speciality.
This knife has a moving blade to adapt better to its use, and it can cut through limbs easily (meaning it can cut through bone as if it was butter. It can’t cut through metal that easily, however.); its cuts are very clean due to its perfect blade, and the weapon itself is pretty light.
As for partial form, Dokuga can turn his right arm into a blade, but that will be about it.
As for Dokuga’s special attacks, these are inspired on Dokuga’s relation to moths:
1. Cocoon. Dokuga can form a protective cocoon around him and his Meister. He cannot, however, use it for too long and each time it’s used, the cocoon will weaken.
2. Poison. The blade is poisonous. It’s non-lethal poison and it can blind or paralyze the enemy (pretty much like Dokuga’s own poison)
[Soul]
Emotionless, unlucky, strong, loyal, intelligent and courageous.
