If you're working on Spanish, French, and Russian, I'd go with one of those countries since immersion is the best way to really master a language. :D

I totally understand your indecision though, aaaah. My mom and I were looking at maps in an attempt to decide where to travel during the summer (if we have the money, anyway) and we pretty much want to go everywhere in Europe. xD We might have to pull countries/cities out of a hat, at this rate.
