Geez, I saw on the nat'l weather forecast that it's supposed to be 105 out in St. Lou today. Dunno how humid it gets out there (it's beyond ridiculous here, all the time), but either way, I'll send icy thoughts towards you and the Cards. Yuck, I got hot just thinking about how hot that is.

Jamie Moyer makes me laugh. I know Maddux/Glavine/etc are all old too, but something about Moyer's oldness makes me grossed out. It's weird.

I caught a glimpse of the Fish/Phillies game today- it was Rich & Tommy broadcasting, despite it being a Phillies home game! I was thrilled.

Jeremy, no wonder nobody likes you.

HAHA oh man, they had E-mail Tuesday on Tuesday (dur), and it was so cracked out. By the sixth inning they weren't even talking about the game, they were taking e-mails about possible fan clubs for the players. Borchard's Orchards. Jacobs' Ladders. Ross' Bosses. And then Rich said at the end of the game he got a text from his wife to talk about the game.
And yeah, it's because the Phillies are on Comcast, not a Fox Channel. It's much more likely to be on the opposing team's feed. And on weekends, it's never on the Philly feed on Extra Innings, because the Philly feed is on the local channel (CW 57) instead of Comcast. /tangent
You probably knew most of that already, I've mentioned a few times around other peeps' LJ, about the Comcast thing. Sry. :(

I thought I was the only one using "thusly". I used it in a final a few years ago and it went over well with the professor.

Yay, okay. Although I'd rather the Mets not win :P. I suppose that's pretty impossible with the fuckedupness that is the Florida Marlins, so okay. I'll allow a win off the bullpen. :P

It is currently 71 degrees in Stoneham, MA. Add that on to the reasons you should move here. :D (Except not to Stoneham because ew. I want to get out of there ASAP. So fuckedup.)

I want to go to Shady Maple. :( Take meeee next time! Especially since the first time I went my stomach crapped out on me as it does and I got to ea hardly anything. Not faaaair. :'(
