You should know that I am major supporter of poking. I love to mercilessly poke my friends to get a rise out of them. :)
Thank you for the add! Its always good to have friends with similar interests. Are you Canadian? What is the foreign service examination like? I know Germany's is insanely difficult-- and the United State's exam is comparatively easy.
Where do you want to study for University? I wish I had majored in international studies, but I chose English... which I hate... I cannot wait for the suffering to be over. :)
Easier than the US' at first glance, but then again, they pretty much give minimal detail on the exams compared to that of the State Department, and I've only ever come across one individual on the internet who claims to have taken it before, so.. it's hard to say until you take it and see for yourself, I guess.
I'd prefer to go to Georgetown University, or any other place where they have high-ranking IR programs (hopefully in Canada, if there are any).
English, hmm.. I can say that I love and hate it at the same time. =P Thanks for adding me back!
Hi :) I hope you will add me as a friend. I admire unique people and having found you and Bunni_Mistriss both in one forum is just too good to be true.
Seriously, even though I am probably insipid by your standards, I enjoy intellectual conversation and open discussion on almost any topic, I am always looking for people I can share ideas andd viewpoints with, and I find your point of view intriguing. I look forward to your reply, and have a great weekend.
Hiya! *waves* I was just surfing some random Indiana LJs and came across yours, thought I'd leave a comment. I have visited Israel (about ten years ago) and I have always been interested in the Middle East, so your bio and interests caught my eye. Thought you might be interested in israel_icons or jewishicons if you're looking for more userpics in that vein. Enjoy! :)
Hey! I'm so sorry! I never got this comment in my inbox. :( Thank you for the links. :) I see you are into fencing. Do you fence at the Jewish Center in Indy? I've been meaning to sign up, but I just never seem to have the time. Were you in Israel to study or just to visit? Very sorry for the late reply!
Hey! I am living in Fort Wayne now, but I did fence at the Jewish Community Center in Indy while I was living down there! It's fun, I recommend it. :) My dad is a Lutheran pastor and led a church group over there back in 1993, so I got to tag along for those 10 days. Coincidentally, my brother is over there at this very moment, working with a Palestinian relief group in Bethlehem and Jericho. I'd love to go back myself sometime, it was a really neat experience!
