TUTORIAL: VM [Lily]

- I'm still a beginner to tutorials so if you have problems just ask
- I'm pretty certain this can be adapted to paintshop etc.
- This tutorial is written so that you probably need the basics to understand it
- Beginner Level tutorial
1/ First setp choose your image and resize it to 100x100 or whatever size you like to work in.
2/ Then go [Image]-[adjust]-[auto-levels]
3/ Next if your picture needs it sharpen. Mine didn't so I only sharpened the edges. Then use the dodge tool on the eye[s].
4/ Duplicate Layer. On Duplicated layer go [Filter]-[Artistic]-[Poster Edges] then set the layer on soft-light.
5/ Next go [Layer]-[New]. Fill the new layer with [#FFE99C] color burn then flatten.
[OPTIONAL]
6/ Add text.
7/ Add 1px border in black.
