Something lame is that I'm considering getting a Harry Potter related tattoo and if I were really a crazy person I would get Voldemort on one calf and Harry on the other, locked in an eternal duel, wands drawn, and magical swirly crap flying all around them, along with the text "Two Sides" on one calf, and "One Coin" on the other. Thankfully I'm not a crazy person.

Does the fact that that tattoo sounds awesome make me a crazy person? I think it does. It would be the best fandom detector ever, though- all you'd have to do is wear a skirt and watch for the squeeing!

I kind of wish I were a crazy person, because I would fucking LOVE to have that tattoo. I think my mother would pretty much crucio me into the next room, though. You're so right about the squeeing, though. I mean, it would almost be worth it for the enhanced fandom radar.

You know what's funny? I kind of feel this weird renewed Harry Potter love, and I almost think it's because it's OVER.

And you know what's sad? That basically everyone from Lily and Jame's generation is dead. Speaking of which, you should write some beautifully atmospheric Dumbledore/Grindelwald fic. Like, soon.

THANK GOD GOOD FIC AT LAST. *EXPLODES WITH JOY* Oh you cannot imagine the agony as I have waited, WAITED, for somebody to write good fic. And you and Rhod did it both at once! Everything else is all AS/S fic and horrible second-generation nastiness, but this takes the heart of the novel and spins it off in a completely new direction, plus this:
