What a perfect ending to this story. Harold and John's marriage and honeymoon....I love that Lilly and Wil got hitched and Leila married their son.

The epilogue was very well done, the twist with John passing away first..GAH!!! and then he, Nathan and Harold all being together in the afterlife, FANTASTIC!!

'Roman of Interest' has become one of my favorite of your works, being the history buff that I am. It doesn't matter what genre, time period, heavy/dark, light/fluffy, supernatural or just super silly (lol), that you take on, kmmerc. You do a bang up job with each of them.

Keep on posting and from this corner of the empire, please accept a heartfelt: "bene facis"!!

There’s a joke there somewhere.

quote: affixed by a beautiful gold pin in the shape of a finch lovely details.

quote: Alicia, a Vestal Virgin was the happy officiant of ceremony - she and Harold were friends of old and she’d comforted him after Nathan’s untimely death.
Virgin my..Oh Alicia!!!

quote: Wherever they were now, Harold quickly realized the act of love hadn’t changed. They’d done it the morning of John’s death - slowly, haltingly because of all their aches and stiffness - all of that gone, now. He laughing allowed John to flip over, back on top, his legs again able to hook onto those ( ... )

Well, I always like your work. I tend to reserve judgment until the end and since you do installments I guess that makes me stingy. SORRY.

Oh I am so glad you reposted all of these wonderful chapters, plus the epilogue that brings them back together again, with Nathan too!

I said it before, and I will say it again. Roman of Interest is your best work (so far!). Just an epic journey of love.

On a Clear Day....
