This is so completely amazing on so many levels Katica! Of course, the HOT, HOT, HOT Reese!Dragon-Human!Finch sex!!! But also the in-depth and logical backstory, the interactions with Bear (poor puppy!), Reese's adolescent horny and hormonal behavior, and last, but not least, turning Harold into a dragon so they can spend the several thousand years together (provided they survive that long). Thank you so much for this belated Christmas gift!!

This was definitely one of my more unique sex scenes, lol. I'm glad no one walked in on me researching reptile penises via Google! I had actually developed this type of dragon for my original fantasy fiction, and was amazed how easily it fit into the POI universe - except for the shape-changing part. I made that up just for this story, although I may add it to my original creature mythology. ^_^

I'm a sucker for fairy tales. ^_^
I knew Reese had to be sapphire (he looks so good in blue, lol), but I didn't decide on Finch's color until it came time to describe him. I almost did burgundy (since that is Finch's favorite color in my head-cannon) but their species of dragon is commonly known as the gemstone dragon because their scales are the color of gemstones (sapphire, ruby, emerald, amethyst, topaz, and pearl).
