Do we have a crossover? I'm thinking it's Penelope Garcia from "Criminal Minds"? Totally sounds like her :)

Yeah, that's Garcia. It's not a full-blooded cross-over, just a phoned-in cameo, right? (There's just one more call later.) I figured anyone who'd recognize her would, um, recognize her, and anyone who didn't wouldn't be lost. And seriously, if you need a computer expert and don't know Finch, she's be the one to call, right? (Unless you have Abby's phone number ...)
