The Star Trek mirrorverse was another inspiration for this fic, but Fringe seemed an easier crossover to make.

I know, I know! Captain Jack. *shakes head* I considered making him a lieutenant, but I have a hell of a time spelling that word, lol. I did make sure to never have them refer to him as Captain Jack, though. ^_^

The Captain Jack thing didn't bother me a bit because I kept thinking of it in Reese-as-a-cop/military officer terms - see icon! I have a major uniform fetish, so I was having fun letting my imagination go in that direction for Captain Reese.

OMG this whole concept and the execution of it is hotter than all get out! This is my favorite part of the first section:

"Don't you have something with some color in it?" He stepped past Reese and began rifling through the antique wardrobe. "I guess not- Wait, here we go."

Reese bristled as Captain Reese pulled out his favorite lavender shirt, but the other man just grinned.

"I bet we look severely fuckable in this," he said, holding the shirt up under Reese chin. "Yep."
