I feel like I keep repeating myself but---My poor boys!!!

Thank goodness for Dr. Tillman. She kept her cool and helped John and Harold so much. Even when John pointed his gun at her and was truly out of control. I guess she is our "Mary Sue" in this fic because it made me feel so much better that she was there for them.

Also, I'm glad she got them a private room and that the nurse didn't kick Reese out because he's not a family member.

On a RL note, I'm glad to know that your first few days at work went fairly well. I'm sure I speak for all of us that we are very grateful that you are so organized so as to be able to post a wonderful new update on a weekly basis, so I think we'll manage to survive until next Friday morning (barely) - LOL!

Oh, no, I'd never describe Dr. Tillman as a Mary Sue character. For one thing, she's a canonical character and Mary Sues are more often than not OCs and self-insert characters. They know everything, solve everything and the male characters all love them while the females admire them and want to be their friend. Dr. Tillman kept her distance, not even examining Reese, in order to save his pride, of course, but I thought that was a good choice by Katica, to allow a boundary to exist between Reese and Finch and the doctor. Yes, we felt better knowing it was our Dr. Tillman there for them and I don't think a Mary Sue would have had the same effect. We can rely on Dr. Tillman -- I loved how she said John seemed so different from when she met him the first time. And I loved how she didn't back down when Reese pointed his gun at her -- forgot to say that in my comment.

I checked this morning, but you hadn't posted yet. Then I checked as soon as I got home from work -- yay! Wonderful chapter. So good... poor Reese having a panic attack, realizing his hands were shaking, thinking how his hands never shake, admitting what happened to Dr. Tillman (how I love her!) and then finally able to relax when alone in the hospital room with Finch. And not being able to say no to him and being able to rest next to him, which is what he needs, what they both need. Guh, so good, such good h/c. Fantastic. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I loved this chapter!! Second everything aprilvalentine said but especially the end with them sleeping next to each other fingers intertwined. They definitely do need the rest because they have been through so much but I wonder how long of rest they will actually get before something happens that will break it up and require their attention.

'Regretting his decision not to bother putting on underwear'
Poor 'commando' John!

I loved poor, stoned Harold piping in from behind the curtain.
