OTP = One True Pairing. I think back in the day it used to be the term for the only pairing you shipped, because you had dedicated your very soul to it or whatever, but mostly it just means your favorite pairing, or just one that you like a lot at the moment. Like, Reese/Fusco would probably be my OTP for Person of Interest (when it's not being momentarily unhorsed by Fusco/Terrible Life Choices) because it's my favorite, but I don't mean it in the classical sense, because I also ship other things like Reese/Finch, Reese/Zoe, Finch/Ingram, and Carter/Syzmanski for some reason.

Oh, cool! I hadn't run into that abbreviation before. I am loving your Fusco/who or whatever fiction so much! I might attempt to write a story for them one day, but it would need to be something totally different from your stories - maybe something sweet and fluffy (with a dark, bitter undertaste??LOL)

I am getting an urge to do a Donelly/Syzmanski fic for some reason. They would be kind of cute together. They could complain all day about Carter and JOhn. I want Donelly to have been in a relationship with X-Files characters like Skinner or Krychek (either one could have left him with a broken heart!LOL)

No problem. I've been in fandom since I was about twelve, so I sometimes completely forget that other people don't know the abbreviations and slang.

And Iiiii would love that. This whole project, for me, basically started as an initiative to get Fusco laid since no one else would take the plunge, so I would be in full support of such a thing. Do it, do it, do it.

Aww, I bet Donelly and Syzmanski would get along well, too. They're both basically decent people with big soulful eyes. Also, I want Donelly to be played by Kevin Spacey and he isn't and it vexes me.

Oh god Fusco!! How is it that such a schlubby, plebian little man like you has such a way of tearing out our hearts and souls? And Reese's too!

Reese in a jealous rage while at the same time imagining taking his place in line - just so terribly, awfully wonderful.

Fusco is basically magic, and every sad thing that happens to him is ultimately made sadder by the fact that he takes it in stride and doesn't pity himself, because ultimately he thinks he deserves to have bad things happen to him.
