Neil practically bowled himself into the door as he hit it at a run and pushed through it. He was almost afraid that he was going to find Todd gone...either back down to that damn little universe or just...

Gone

Pushing the door shut, his eyes searched frantically for his lover.

"Todd... TODD!"

"Here," a soft cry from the bathroom. Todd laid huddled in the bathtub, shuddering. Trying to resist the urge to run back out and down to the bar.
It could be dying with him up here.

Stopit, you don't even know if it's real!
He clutched his arms around himself tightly. He then stared down at his pale hands. Paler still. Was he seeing light through them faintly?

"Neil!" He cried out in alarm.

Neil dashed towards the bathroom, pushing the door open and searching out Todd where he lay huddled in the bathtub.

Could...was....was he seeing the tub behind his lover?

Whimpering, like a trapped scared animal, Neil darted forward and climbed into the tub with Todd, wrapping his arms around the smaller boy and holding him tightly.

Todd cried, starting to freak out himself at this point.

"It's-it's getting worse, why, why is it getting worse? It's not here, I'm still f-fading." He stammered, and clutched onto Neil tightly.

Giles arrived at the room, but saw the open door, heard the cries, and swiftly rushed in.

He was at the doorway, and saw Neil clutching another boy tightly who clinging back desperately. Yes, he definitely seemed muted, and faded. He could faintly see light shining through the boy.

"Oh dear lord..." was his only reply at first.
