Well, life has been fairly good, all things considered. Still poor but lungs are good. I have been doing Tai Chi a few times a week, which is helpful. All in all things have been ok. Not much to report really.

I have considered trying Tai Chi several times, but could never make the time. Do you enjoy it?

Tai Chi is a lot of fun and can be a great workout. I recommend it highly to everyone.
