This morning I had a breathing episode that left me needing a breathing treatment. 10-11 days with no inhaler is pretty good. Here's hoping that the healthy trend continues.

And happy Memorial Day. Please remember those who died to protect and defend the freedoms we so cherish, who fought for what they believed was right.
