poetheather- Happy You-Day and I'll bestow goodness on you tonight. I hope yesterday was fabu and the coming 1001 (at least) will be even better. I noticed that Breathing isn't on your list. Is that just a given?
Lastly, I understand the why behind 108 and I think it's a lovely idea. It's a bit overwhelming to me to add 7 more to my list though. Argh.

I think a similar list of goals/Things To Do is forthcoming regarding Naming, Defining, and Claiming the Work that will constitute/is constitutin my Second. (And I already hear God'dess chuckling...such a list is subject to revision, of course. :D )

As for the Ethnic Food, I have a couple of Jewish/Yiddish/Eastern European reciepes sitting around. They are all really easy as bonus.
I also have, buried somewhere in the depths of my computer, a recipe for Beef (or Chicken) Sate and Peanut sauce, and a link to Malaysian Reciepes.
