You're welcome! Sorry it took so long. I'm glad you enjoyed the update - honestly, I sat down and read the story again from the beginning before I edited this chapter because I wanted to make sure I had the flow of the story down. Now that I do, I may concentrate on this one for the next couple of weeks before picking up where I left off in Shadows (which is a shorter fic than this one.) Thanks for reading and commenting!

I have been waiting for this particular fic to be updated along with shadows. And now thats its here, it did not disappoint me but left me wanting for more. I know how busy you are but heres hoping you would update more frequently....i cannot wait to see their status quo to finally shift into relationship category. The sexual tension is killing me. This is one of my fav fics and shadows is becoming one too. There's just a lot more depth with these two stories that i find engaging so thanks fore writing such stories.

I know it's been forever. This story was kind of ambitious for my first Chlollie fic, I think. It's long, and it's more than just a Chlollie romance since it took 15 chapters and 70,000+ words to get them together lol. I've affectionately nicknamed this story 'The White Whale' (as in Moby Dick.) It was a writing exercise in characterization and slower pacing, and there were times the plot felt like it was getting away from me.

And my schedule doesn't help. But I'd like to get this wrapped up before my summer vacation, so I'll be working on it on weekends as much as possible. Thanks a lot for sticking with it! I'll get back to Shadows soon as well. I'm glad my stories can entertain you - thanks for commenting!

Great chapter, I'm really enjoying this story, I love Chloe have left behind Clark and make a life for her, Oliver is amazing and can not wait for them to finally be together.
