I flip on the tv. Arnold wasn't on screen, neither was Linda Hamilton. It was near the beginning of the movie, Michael Biehn has just put on a trenchcoat. It took me probably under two seconds to recognize I was watching The Terminator. I don't even own that movie, and haven't watched it in years, and still I recognized it.

I really do love it. I mean, sure, the sfx seem a bit hokey now (though still disturbing), but the plot still intrigues me, and it was well done. To me, it is a classic.

Funny - i flipped it on too. I saw Linda on the phone, calling the police, and was like "what is this, Terminator? Oh, yeah, there's ahnold."

Well, yes, unless you consider that in real life, Kyle would probably either be a homeless crazytalking person on the streets of L.A. or a survivalist out in the desert preparing for the coming war. And I probably wouldn't be that into either option.

Although... Reese does have his good points too. Hot bod, for instance. ;)
