I've been thinking of doing some podfics (and actually, other podcast stuff too), and am stymied about how/where to upload things. Any hints would be greatly appreciated. I'm on a Mac, and have used Fetch for years, but was hoping not to have to buy a website/space.

I upload my fic to sendspace.com, which allows you to create a free account to upload your files into. It also assigns a link for you to post so that others can download the files. You don't need to use an ftp site for this (I use Fetch at work - love making the little doggie icon run - lol). There are also some other sites such as megaupload.com that allow you to set up free accounts as well.
