Hi, I'm still alive though longingly looking forward to some down- and family-time.

In celebration of the upcoming holidays and the corresponding travel time I updated my multifandom podfic rec list. For you're convenience it's in doc-format as it's rather long.

As I don´t seem to be able to get my vacation pictures uploaded in an acceptable time after I returned home, I decided on a different approach this time. I´m going to try to post my favourite pictures of the day every evening.

Signal Boost: Help for abandoned / stray cats

Two LJ friends of mine, sl_walker and kalijean, have the biggest and most selfless hearts you can imagine.

In addition to their own two cats they not only took in an highly pregnant stray cat, which they called Reinette and which got 6 adorable kittens, they also look out for 6 other strays. These cats are of course in need of vet care, being spayed/neutered, ( Read more... )
