I can't always help how tired I am. Sometimes it just is harder to get out of bed. But I have to try harder...My only excuse is that I am on sort of heavy duty narcotics. Crevan tells me that I need to be up and active and out of bed no matter how I feel. I do like it when I feel well enough to get up and hang out, and I take advantage of it. But ( Read more... )

You tell Crevan to shut up and you get the rest you need.

Maybe you should talk to your doctor about paring back your medications a little or trying to find some other drug that will make you less tired honey. =/

Well, if you're extremely tired, you can't really force yourself to get up and going. And you probably wouldn't have any fun if you did. It sounds like he just doesn't understand what your body is going through right now.

So what does your doctor have to say about it? Does your doctor recommend you try and be as active as possible and push yourself to be up and about, or do they recommend you get plenty of rest when you feel tired? I think that's really who Crevan needs to take this up with.

As someone who has take to lots of medication, I understand why you feel tired and crappy and blah. And no matter how hard you try to explain to someone how frustrating it is, they'll never understand. You should try reading Ordinary People (when you feel well, of course). I think you'd like it.

How about he try taking some of your medicine and go through chemo and suffer like you have? Then he'll see how it is. And if he somehow is superman despite it, I'll cut my arm off.

I wanna punch him for how poorly he treats you. Fancy dinners or not, you don't deserve to be called lazy and selfish. He needs to look in the mirror.
