I saw
this post on tumblr the other day and I was like "....yes, that is A swagtastic entrance, but not necessarily THE swagtastic entrance?" These are spoiler-cut by show, because sometimes you wanna be surprised by swagger. I limited this slightly by saying that (a) it had to be some sort of making an entrance or impression, either at or just

Hmm, though, if we're actually trying to quantify swagtastic, I'd probably have to go with Jack Sparrow. That is almost the definition of swag. Or Spike running down the Sunnydale sign. IDK, though, Elijah has practically tradmarked nonchalant swagger by half his entrances being ripping hearts out.
Castiel has the most badass entrance of all time. Things explode and he gets shot and stabbed and never fucking blinks. But he's, like, above swagger. Partially because he moves like a robot of the Lord, lol. You really do get the sense that this totally isn't the skin he's used to moving in. Also, just because I love gifs:

At some point, BTW, I'm going to write an overview of S8 (I'm stuck in the middle of nowhere with my inlaws). Could you send me your thoughts on Dean and Sam? It annoys me that Dean keeps blaming Sam for losing his soul back in S6. It wasn't Sam's goddamn fault, and he was trying to act like "Sam" the best he knew how. Then when he got his soul back, he didn't remember a thing. How is that his fault?
Also, I disliked his treatment of Cas after they found him. Sam saying, "But it's Cas!" was exactly the heart of the matter. Hello! Dean! BRAINWASHED!Cas! It was Dean begging him and saying "I need you" that broke the spell. Jesus fuck, Dean, try to look at the other guy's POV for a change!

BUT! Maybe I'll just pick the one that sits between these two different categories. Regina's ownership of that audience chamber as she comes stalking in will never not be impressive. ;)
Of note, though I LOVE Dumbledore and his multiple surprising literally sudden and butt-owning moments in HP, I've always been more impressed when reading Minerva McGonagall's appearance - both her first one to the reader, as the cat who has been staking out the Dursleys, and to Harry and the other students (I've always gotten a good kick out of the fact that she manages to scare them all straight just by standing there... *coughs*LOL*coughs*). :)

HA, that's true. McG has a pretty badass introduction! But even like, ten years after reading that first book and way before seeing any of the movies, the total swag of Dumbledore's introduction sticks with me.
(Sorry about all the edits! I can't seem to get with it on coding today.)

Since that isn't actually Elijah's entrance into the show though I'm not sure it counts om your list, however his initial entrance was pretty swaggy and he makes a habit of making awesome entrances thus being swagtastig.
Why does Arya get no gif? Or is Arya Stark just code for badass and she needs no gif?
But I don't know what to pick at the mo.

Arya doesn't get a graphic because I made the mistake of trying to look for a Dumbledore gif first and was too overwhelmed to try the whole process again. But she has a pretty badass introduction!
Yeah, the Elijah one counted because it was close enough to his original (heh) entrance, and it was an entrance as far as our characters were concerned. Also I already had the gif.

Also, if we're talking entrances, this was actually Elijah's introduction to The Vampire Diaries:
