Those organizations which would get funding to fight child marriages are the generally also pro-abortion rights, since they, you know, respect women's rights to bodily autonomy and all.
In that respect, Republican opposition to it is logically consistent if they are anti-abortion, since they would not want the expansion of such organizations.
If anything, this just reinforces the (if not already obvious) notion that anti-abortion is in the same camp as child marriage in that both are hostile to fundamental human rights. I wonder if that occurs to any "pro-life" supporters. Nah, probably not.
